Custodian Worker - 1st and 2nd Shift

You will be responsible for a variety of cleaning tasks to ensure a safe and pleasant environment for all. The ideal candidate will be proactive, reliable, and committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.Shifts Available:1st (7AM – 3:30PM)2nd Shift (3PM – 11:30PM)Job Responsibilities:Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting.Clean and sanitize restrooms (toilets, sinks, and countertops), replenish supplies, and monitor inventory levels.Empty trash receptacles and ensure proper disposal of waste.Clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors.Maintain cleanliness in common areas, including break rooms, lobbies, and hallways.This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and/or extended walking and standing.Ability to lift and move objects up to 30 pounds.This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).Requirements:1 year of custodial experience preferredMust be at least 18 years oldKnowledge of cleaning chemicals, supplies, and equipmentStrong attention to detail and the ability to work independentlySuccessfully pass pre-employment background check and meet E-Verify requirements.Must be able to work on the weekendsAbout Unica Enterprises / Our Mission:We are a leading janitorial service providing exceptional service and value to our customers for over 15 years.
