Riceland is a cooperative, which means we are owned by our 5,500 family farmer members who are also our stockholders and growers.Job DescriptionThe main function of this position is to operate and maintain milling equipment in your assigned area at its maximum operating efficiency, operate and adjust machines according to customer specifications, preform light maintenance on machines as needed, and keep the work area clean. Overtime required for this position.Job DutiesOther duties may be assigned. Responsible for food safety by following HACCP and Food Safety policies/procedures. Responsible for plant safety by observing persons entering your work area, asking if you can assist them, and reporting unauthorized persons to your supervisor.
