Physical Therapist – Therapy

Schedule: Days

Assignment Details:

• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week

Requirements:

• Valid physical therapy license
• Certifications as required for practice
• Relevant experience in a clinical setting

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and assess patient conditions to develop effective treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to enhance patient mobility and functionality.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Educate patients and families on rehabilitation and home exercise programs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Compliance / Notes:

• Background checks and drug screens may be required.
• Orientation and training protocols will be provided.
