Chubby's Cafe is seeking enthusiastic and motivated Crew Members to join our team at our fast‑casual restaurant chain. As a Crew Member, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our customers while ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant. This position may involve a variety of tasks, including food preparation, customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Key Responsibilities Provide friendly and efficient service to all customers, ensuring a positive dining experience. Prepare and assemble food items according to Chubby's Cafe standards and recipes. Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, dining areas, and restrooms. Operate kitchen equipment and follow all safety and sanitation guidelines. Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed. Handle cash transactions and accurately process payments. Collaborate with team members to achieve service and operational goals. Physical Job Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods, typically up to 8 hours per shift. Capacity to lift and carry up to 40 lbs, including boxes of supplies and ingredients. Frequent bending, reaching, and squatting as needed to perform various tasks. Comfort working in a fast‑paced environment with varying temperatures. Qualifications Previous experience in a food service or customer service role is a plus but not required. Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
