Concrete Foreman

Job Description

The Concrete Foreman supervises concrete project teams to ensure timely and quality completion of construction tasks. They oversee planning, safety, resource allocation, and coordination on site, maintaining compliance with regulations and company standards.

Responsibilities

Supervise and lead concrete crew to meet project goals
Plan and schedule project tasks and workforce
Ensure quality control of concrete work
Enforce safety regulations and compliance
Manage materials and equipment on site
Conduct site inspections and monitor progress
Train and mentor crew members
Coordinate equipment and resources effectively
Prepare reports on project status and issues
Resolve problems and implement solutions promptly

Required Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of relevant experience

Preferred Qualifications

OSHA Safety Certification
Experience in concrete finishing
Blueprint reading skills
Proven crew leadership abilities
Safety management experience
Equipment operation proficiency
Strong time management skills
Effective communication and problem-solving
Project coordination experience
