Role Description The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will provide clinical leadership for ABA services in a hybrid role based in Utica, NY, with some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting functional behavior assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and designing data-driven behavior intervention programs. The BCBA will supervise and coach behavior technicians, monitor treatment fidelity, and analyze data to adjust interventions as needed. Additional tasks include collaborating with families, schools, and other providers, documenting progress and clinical notes, and participating in team meetings and professional development activities. The BCBA will help maintain high standards of ethical practice and contribute to a positive, supportive clinical culture. Qualifications Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification and eligibility to practice in New York State. Proficiency in ABA assessment and treatment planning, including conducting functional behavior assessments and developing individualized intervention plans. Experience with data collection, analysis, and progress monitoring to guide clinical decision-making. Skills in clinical supervision, training, and performance feedback for behavior technicians and other team members. Strong communication and collaboration abilities for working with clients, families, schools, and interdisciplinary teams. Commitment to ethical practice, cultural responsiveness, and person-centered care. Organizational and time management skills to balance caseloads, documentation, and team responsibilities. Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field; prior experience in autism or developmental disabilities preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
