About the Role

The Company is in search of a Global President and Chief Executive Officer to lead its association through a transformative period. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and executing a focused, multi-year global strategy in partnership with the Board of Directors. This strategy will involve positioning the company as the leading source of lifelong learning, expanding the market value of its certifications, and accelerating workforce development initiatives. The role also includes overseeing a global events strategy, enhancing industry and member engagement, and providing organizational and financial leadership. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in executive leadership, strategic planning, and business model evolution, with a strong understanding of association governance and executive-level financial acumen. Applicants for the Global President and CEO position at the company should have a background in a significant global, technologically dynamic trade association, professional society, nonprofit, or a comparable customer-driven company. Experience in leading organizational transformation, strategic planning, and measurable growth is essential. The role requires a leader with exceptional communication, negotiation, and consensus-building skills, capable of representing the company before global industry audiences, partners, media, and policymakers. A bachelor's degree is required, with an advanced degree and Certified Association Executive (CAE) credential being valued. The successful candidate will be expected to demonstrate early success in establishing a clear global strategy, increasing membership, and developing a resilient business model within the first three years.
