Corporate Compliance Specialist

Job Description The Corporate Compliance Specialist supports the General Counsel in managing the company's corporate compliance and legal administrative functions. This role is responsible for coordinating entity compliance, contract administration, business licenses and registrations, insurance documentation, and other corporate records to help ensure the organization remains compliant with applicable legal and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines while maintaining accurate records and supporting a variety of compliance-related initiatives across the business. Responsibilities will include: Coordinate and maintain corporate entity compliance, including annual state registrations, required filings, and related documentation. Administer the company's contract management process by maintaining contract records, tracking renewal and expiration dates, and coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure timely review and execution. Manage business licenses, permits, and registrations to support ongoing compliance across multiple jurisdictions. Support the administration of the company's insurance programs, including maintaining property insurance documentation, tracking policy renewals, and coordinating with insurance brokers and carriers. Maintain company tax identification records and other corporate compliance documentation. Develop and maintain organized systems for compliance records, legal documents, and corporate filings. Monitor compliance calendars and proactively communicate upcoming deadlines and renewal requirements. Partner with internal departments and external vendors to obtain required documentation and facilitate compliance-related activities. Assist the General Counsel with legal, compliance, corporate governance, and administrative projects as assigned. Recommend process improvements that enhance efficiency, organization, and compliance within the legal function. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Legal Studies, Paralegal Studies, Finance, Risk Management, Public Administration, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience Three (3) or more years of experience in corporate compliance, contract administration, legal operations, insurance administration, or a related business support function. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines. Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate records. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel. Experience managing corporate entity filings, business licenses, or regulatory registrations. Experience administering commercial contracts or contract lifecycle processes.
