Member Services Specialist — In-Person (Austin)

UFCU is seeking a Member Services Representative I in Austin, TX. The role handles member inquiries by phone, using a computerized system, and resolves routine requests under supervision. Expect at least 50% in-person work at UFCU Headquarters with 8 a.m.–5:30 p.m. hours on weekdays and alternating Saturday shifts. Excellent communication and teamwork are essential for success.
