Commercial HVAC/R Service Technician

Our Southwest GA team is looking for a dedicated Commercial HVAC/R Service Technician to help us deliver high-quality solutions. If you thrive in fast-paced settings and take pride in your technical expertise, you will play a vital role in our daily operations by servicing and repairing commercial climate control and refrigeration equipment to keep our clients' systems running smoothly. Role Summary Our Southwest GA team is looking for a dedicated Commercial HVAC/R Service Technician to help us deliver high-quality solutions. If you thrive in fast-paced settings and take pride in your technical expertise, you will play a vital role in our daily operations by servicing and repairing commercial climate control and refrigeration equipment to keep our clients' systems running smoothly. Key Duties Execute scheduled maintenance and necessary repairs for commercial HVAC/R units. Identify and resolve technical malfunctions across heating, cooling, and refrigeration hardware. Handle the setup and installation of new HVAC/R machinery as needed. Help maintain a safe working environment for the entire team by strictly following industry protocols. Deliver outstanding support to ensure clients feel informed and satisfied with their service experience. Document all service visits, repairs, and maintenance tasks with precision. Work alongside colleagues to boost overall service productivity and operational success. Keep pace with emerging technologies and best practices within the HVAC/R field. Required Qualifications Completion of high school or GED; technical training in HVAC/R is a strong asset. At least 3 years of hands-on experience working with commercial HVAC/R equipment. Deep understanding of system components and advanced diagnostic methods. Possession of a current driver's license and a clean driving history. Demonstrate strong problem-solving capabilities to improve technical outcomes for our clients. Capable of performing tasks autonomously while also contributing to group goals. Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Holding an EPA certification is considered an advantage.
