Maintenance Technician, Mojave, CA

Pay: $30.00 - $36.69 based on experience and skill

Shifts: Weekday Nights - 5:00pm - 1:00am, Weekend Nights - 5:00pm - 5:00am (Friday - Sunday), Weekend Days- 5:00am - 5:00pm (Friday - Sunday)

As a **Maintenance Technician **you will be a crucial part of our operations, ensuring that a quality product is available to our customers when they need them. Your work will directly affect people's lives!

Primary Responsibilities

• Determining and performing required maintenance (cleaning, lubricating, aligning/adjusting parts, calibrating, etc.).
• Testing, troubleshooting, and repairing machines and equipment and ordering/installing replacement parts.
• Performs preventive maintenance and repairs on equipment and systems (e.g., mechanical, electrical).
• Evaluates and recommends equipment improvements to improve availability, capability and yield. Performs equipment failure analyses (including preventive and unscheduled maintenance).
• Troubleshoots and diagnoses equipment problems. Prepares technical reports to document equipment modifications and equipment maintenance procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 50lb on a consistent basis.

• Must be able to work overtime as necessary

• 1 to 5 years' experience preferred

• Basic electrical experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
