Superior Plus Propane is seeking a Retirement & Benefits Specialist to support US benefits, retirement, leave, disability, and wellness programs. This virtual role partners with HR, Payroll, Finance, Legal, and vendors to ensure accurate administration, reporting, and communications for high-quality employee experience.

The role requires knowledge of ACA/ERISA/COBRA/HIPAA/FMLA/ADA, Dayforce benefits data, and strong stakeholder communication.
