Data AnalystLocation: On-Site – Juno Beach, FL Type: Contract Duration: Long TermA candidate with 3–5 years' experience in analytics, ITSM, or digital experience, familiar with Power BI, Tableau, Excel, ServiceNow, Nexthink, and enterprise portals will be ideal.Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills are essential.Data Analyst to support Client's Technology Experience Score (TXS) and IT4U initiatives.Technology Experience Score (TXS) Analytics:Analyzing and monitoring TXS and its core metrics, aiming for a score of 90 by 2029.Use data from ServiceNow, Nexthink, and IT4U to identify trends and insights.Customer Experience Data Integration:Aggregating experience data across IT4U, Nexthink, ServiceNow, and surveys to build a comprehensive enterprise view.Supporting action prioritization through data-driven insights.IT4U Initiative Support:Analyzing user behavior and feedback on IT4U to optimize service and reduce desk contacts.Engaging with monthly IT4U Influencer Forums and developing pertinent communications.Collaboration & Communication:Working with service owners, analysts, engineers, and communication teams to translate data into impactful leadership-ready insights.Promoting a customer-first, data-driven culture within TSO teams.
