Overview TRAVEL - RN - MED SURG - COST CENTER (606) - 7:00PM - 7:00AM #26-15627 RN-Registered Nurse // Med Surg Onsite Contract Starts 6/22/2026 13 weeks Night Shift 12 hours/day 3 days/week Facility Hospital: Centennial Medical Center Location: 12T Address: 2300 Patterson Street Unit Name: 12 Tower Cost Center: 60326 Unit Information Number of Beds: 36 Patient Ratios: 1:4 / 1:5 Unit staffing description: secretary every day, PRN techs Type of equipment: PD Cyclers, Basic equipment - Welch Allyn VS Carts, Hoyer Lift, Broda Chairs, Alaris IV Pumps Documentation system: Meditech Scheduling requirements: 4 weekend shifts in a 4-week block Floating policy: Will float over core staff Patient Experience requirements: Bedside shift report, safety checks q1-2h, focus on communication and responsiveness Dress Code: Scrubs – Navy, Blue, White, Black, Gray, Ceil Blue Qualifications & Responsibilities Able to perform basic patient assessments, general care and maintenance of the following: wounds, tracheostomy, ostomy, drains, chest tubes, strokes, seizures. Patient population may require dialysis or PCA pumps. Only drip is Heparin.
