Occupational Therapist PRN Plus
Saint Luke's Health System
Responsibilities Evaluate and screen clients with impairments, injury, or disease, and design and implement individualized occupational therapy treatment programs after referral from a physician. Plan and carry out therapeutic interventions including therapeutic exercise, functional retraining, use of thermal/electric modalities, and other training and retraining skills. Periodically re-evaluate clients to determine effectiveness of interventions and contribute to discharge planning. Supervise treatment provided by student technicians or assistants and recommend client care interventions to other members of the health care team. Delegate and instruct supportive personnel and perform other duties as requested by the manager. May serve as a clinical resource or coordinate the student program. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree. Licensed Occupational Therapist in Kansas (Kansas State Board of Healing Arts). Less than 1 year of applicable experience. Advanced education and specialized clinical experience may be associated with this position. Position Details PRN day position at Saint Luke's South Hospital, Saint Luke's Health System, Kansas.
