Customer Excellence Coordinator

Job Description Job Description Electronauts is seeking a Customer Excellence Coordinator to join our team. This is a full-time, on-site position responsible for managing customer orders and communications after receipt of purchase orders. The Customer Excellence Coordinator serves as the key liaison between the Customer, Sales, Production, and Engineering teams, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and consistent updates throughout the life of each project.
The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
• Manage customer orders from PO receipt through shipment and invoicing.
• Enter and verify orders for accuracy in the ERP system.
• Acknowledge customer orders promptly and confirm details such as lead times, quantities, and pricing.
• Provide weekly order status updates to customers on all open projects.
• Coordinate with Production and Engineering to resolve order questions, schedule changes, and technical clarifications.
• Process and track change orders to ensure timely internal and customer alignment.
• Maintain accurate customer and project data within ERP and CRM systems.
• Support Sales with order-related communication and post-sale coordination.
• Assist Finance by monitoring and resolving invoice or order discrepancies.
• Participate in continuous improvement efforts related to order flow and customer communication.
• Perform additional administrative or project-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
• High School Diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor’s degree preferred).
• Experience in manufacturing, production support, or order management environment required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in ERP systems, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook), and Salesforce (preferred).
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to accuracy and follow-through.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving and customer service mindset.
