Full-time Server / Hospitality Ambassador

Job Overview Westminster is a premier retirement community with dedicated staff, dynamic leadership, innovative services, and first‑class facilities. We are hiring Hospitality Ambassadors/Servers for our Laurel Restaurant and Bistro Cafe. Full‑time and part‑time positions available. Compensation Hourly wage plus an incentive program, up to $200 per week for full‑time and up to $100 per week for part‑time. Enjoy a steady schedule and paycheck. Our latest shift ends at 8:30 pm. No late nights. Responsibilities Responsible for all aspects of table service in our Laurel Restaurant or Bistro Cafe. Set tables and maintain wait stations in a neat, sanitary order. Takes orders and provides quality customer service with grace and courtesy. Clears dishes from tables during and after meal service. Communicates menu selections, specials, and resident requests effectively. Answers questions about menu items. Qualifications Hospitality‑oriented, takes pride in serving others in a caring and professional manner. Previous restaurant or hotel experience desired. Must be able to become TABC Certified, if not already certified.
