Physician Assistant - Outpatient & Urgent Care

The Mescalero Apache Tribe resides on a reservation of 463,000 acres in the Southwest. The Mescalero Service Unit Indian Health Service operates a 13-bed Mescalero Indian Hospital providing inpatient and outpatient services, including specialty clinics and field health programs.

Responsibilities include providing diagnostic, preventive, and therapeutic health services, making critical evaluations, ordering and interpreting laboratory tests, collaborating with physicians, and ensuring compliance with infection control and safety procedures.

Requirements include holding an active Physician Assistant license, NCCPA Certification, 36 months of Physician Assistant experience, and current Basic Life Support, Pediatric Advanced Life Support, and Advanced Cardiac Life Support certifications.
