IT Project Manager (Staff or Senior)

Job Description We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to support multiple high-impact initiatives within Platform Operations. This role will be responsible for driving execution across key SAP-focused projects, including Solution Manager modernization and a major SAP S/4HANA RISE upgrade. This is a fast-paced, highly visible role requiring strong leadership, organization, and cross-functional coordination. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage multiple concurrent IT project workstreams within Platform Operations Drive timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure on-time project execution Coordinate cross-functional teams across IT, business stakeholders, and external partners Support modernization and redesign efforts of the SAP Solution Manager environment Play a key role in the SAP S/4HANA RISE upgrade (2022 → 2025 FPS01) Manage dependencies, risks, and escalation paths across projects Partner with testing teams to ensure quality and successful delivery Facilitate communication between internal teams and SAP counterparts Track progress and reporting using tools such as JIRA ideally hybrid, open to remote Compensation: 61.65/hr Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Required Qualifications Proven experience managing SAP S/4HANA projects, ideally within RISE environments Strong background in SAP Solution Manager (modernization/transformation experience preferred) Experience managing complex, cross-functional IT projects with multiple stakeholders Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills Experience working alongside or managing testing phases within projects Proficiency with JIRA or similar project tracking tools Preferred Qualifications Exposure to or experience with SAP Cloud ALM Prior experience partnering directly with SAP or external vendors We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
