Our client, a Healthcare company, is looking for a Front Desk Representative for their Marshfield, WI location. Responsibilities The Representative will provide effective and efficient handling of onsite walk ins from or to Security Health plan members, providers, and colleagues ensuring a positive experience for all members in a fun and fast-paced atmosphere. Greeting members, troubleshooting. Greeting agent. Answering phone calls. General administration tasks. Requirements Standard computer processing, outlook, Microsoft word, Microsoft excel Customer service experience required. 1-3 years Hands on training on greeting members, finding members in the system, customer service skills.
