WE ARE HIRING: BILINGUAL FAMILY NURSE PRACTITIONER (FNP)!

We are seeking a bilingual FNP (100% fluent in English & Spanish) who is highly responsible, autonomous, and ready for immediate clinical practice.

Compensation: Competitive salary ranging from $70.00 – $90.00 per hour for regular shifts depending on the FNP experience, the rate will be negotiated.

We are offering an outstanding rate of $100.00 for a Experienced (+ 3 years minimum) and dedicated provider to serve as our permanent, full-year Saturday practitioner . This role requires coverage every Saturday of the year to ensure patient consistency and care stability. Please note: this premium rate is reserved exclusively for the provider selected for this fixed Saturday commitment."

Essential Requirements & Candidate Profile:

• Language Proficiency Essential Requirements : 100% fluent in Spanish and English (90% of our patient population speaks only Spanish).
• Complete Credentials: Active FNP License, NPI, active DEA, CAQH profile updated, and active provider numbers for Medicare, Medi-Cal (ORP number assigned).
• Geographic Location: Must reside near the clinic for a convenient commute and punctuality.
• Clinical Autonomy & Experience: 100% independent in clinical practice. New graduates are welcome only if they are fully prepared for real-world, independent patient care.
• Medical Terminology & Hybrid System (Paper Charts): Strong command and fluency in medical terminology are essential. Note: Our clinic utilizes a hybrid system; while we use Office Ally for digital support, patient charts are maintained on physical paper . Candidates must have excellent handwriting and precise documentation skills.

Practice Standards, Responsibilities & Clinical Support

• Autonomy with Physician Support: The FNP must be fully independent in patient management. For complex or sensitive cases, direct clinical guidance and support from our 3 supervising physicians are always available.
• Formal Medical Practice: 100% evidence-based/allopathic medicine. ALL medications (including Over-The-Counter / OTC) MUST be prescribed through a formal medical prescription. Homeopathic remedies, natural supplements, or informal handwritten notes are strictly prohibited.
• Contraceptive Expertise & Family PACT program provided by DHCS-Medical
• • Contraceptive Counseling: Comprehensive knowledge of all contraceptive options to properly guide male and female patients.
  • Procedures & STIs: Management of STIs in men and women, Pap smears, and IUD/Nexplanon insertion and removal. (Training available by the system-Individual provider certifications)
  • Confidentiality: Confidential care starting at age 13 (strict adherence to HIPAA and California reproductive privacy laws).
• Efficient Consultations & Time Optimization: Consultations must remain strictly focused on primary medical care—addressing all immediate medical concerns, diagnoses, treatments, prescriptions, necessary specialist referrals, and follow-ups. Personal, marital, or unrelated counseling is strictly excluded. Providers must fully respect the value of our patients' time, keeping visits organized and timely so that patients do not experience unnecessary delays that could impact their jobs or daily family schedules.
• Clinical Notes & Referrals (Immediate Sign-Off): 100% of the patient chart/note must be finalized and closed at the end of the visit. This allows reception to schedule follow-up appointments and process specialist authorizations immediately at checkout.

Schedule & Flexible Options

We offer flexible arrangements to fit your availability:

• Option 1: One or Two Full Days weekly (Continuous weekly Shift) Schedule & Flexible Options
• • Schedule: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM (continuous shift).
  • Days: 2 full days per week of your choice.
• Option 2: Part-Time / Flexible Shifts (Mon – Fri)
• • Morning Shift: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM.
  • Afternoon Shift: 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM.
• Option 3: Experienced (+3 years)
• Dedicated Saturday Provider (Fixed Position - $100/hr) - Experienced (+3 years)
• • Schedule: Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM or 2:00 PM (depending on patient volume).
  • Commitment: Must be available to work EVERY Saturday of the month (no alternating weekends). Continuity of care is essential for our patients, so they see the same provider every week. Because of the high consistency and responsibility required for this vital day, we offer a preferential flat rate of $100.00 per hour .

General Schedule Policies:

Once established, the schedule remains fixed. A minimum 2-4-week advance notice is required for any planned absence or resignation to avoid disrupting scheduled patient care.
