Rolling Schedule Minimum Pay: $35 / hour Sign on Bonus: $15,000 for eligible candidates Professional Excellence Program: Up To 20% differential of total base pay based on level advancement, aligned to education and certification progression to support career growth Ensures legal and ethical practice, serving as a patient advocate in accordance with the patient bill of rights. Complies with regulatory standards pertinent to nursing practice. Demonstrates flexibility to changing systems and maintains quality and effectiveness in work habits. Treats staff, physicians, patients, and families with consideration and respect. Collaborates with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. Executes the Nursing Process in accordance with the established Nurse Practice Act and law. Assesses and monitors all cath lab patients. Transports patients to and from the cath procedural area. Completes all nursing documentation required for procedures. Rotates weekday and weekend call with required 30-minute response times. Maintains general and unit-specific mandatories as required for practice. Performs other duties as assigned. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Must have the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care that addresses the physical, psychosocial, educational, safety, and age-appropriate needs of the patient population served within the department. Education Associate's of Nursing [Required] Bachelor's of Nursing [Preferred] Work Experience 1+ RN experience in clinical setting. [Required] Critical Care RN experience (ER or ICU). [Preferred] Merge Hemodynamics system [Preferred] Previous Cath lab experience.
