Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
Active Florida state Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
BLS certification required from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
Outpatient clinic experience required. Must have experience evaluating and treating orthopedic and post-surgical adult patients.
Experience providing 60-minute evaluations and one-on-one treatment sessions.
Documentation experience, including writing goals, letters of medical necessity, functional assessments, and charge entry in compliance with payer and clinic policies.
Ability to supervise and provide direction to therapy aides, assistants, and students.
Adherence to state practice act, professional code of conduct, and completion of required continuing education.
Preferred: Prior travel or contract therapy experience and comfort working in a high-volume outpatient setting.

Facility Type: Outpatient clinic.
Shift Pattern: 4x8 schedule.
Duration: 13 week assignment.
Patient Visit Structure: 60-minute evaluation plus treatment sessions.
Caseload Focus: Orthopedic and post-surgical adult patients.
