Pharmacy Director

Regional Medical Center of Central Alabama (RMCCA) Greenville, Alabama RMCCA is seeking an experienced Director of Pharmacy to join our leadership team. We are looking for a motivated pharmacist with hospital pharmacy experience, strong leadership skills, and knowledge of the 340B Drug Pricing Program . Responsibilities Overseeing daily hospital pharmacy operations and staff Ensuring compliance with state and federal pharmacy requirements Managing and maintaining compliance with the 340B Drug Pricing Program Overseeing medication safety, purchasing, inventory, and controlled substances Managing the pharmacy budget and supporting cost-effective medication practices Working closely with administration, physicians, nursing, and other hospital departments Qualifications Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited College of Pharmacy.
