If so, our client is hiring a Healthcare Recruiter.Position Type:ContractRemote - Local to Downers Grove, ILRequired:Bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant work experience1 year of experience in recruiting or human resourcesProficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Recruiting CRMsProficiency with Microsoft Office SuiteProficiency in utilizing AI toolsPreferences:Healthcare experience and/or RPO experienceCertifications:Talent Acquisition certification through HCI, NAHCR, or RACRHR Certification through HCI or SHRM (SHRM-CP)Professional in Human Resources (PHR)Responsibilities:Partner with hiring managers to develop staffing needs, build candidate pipelines, and attract talentManage the end-to-end talent acquisition process, including recruitment strategies, screening, interviewing, and onboardingCollaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs based on attrition rates, business plans, and retirementsDevelop strategies to maintain vacancies at specified levels and ensure new programs are staffed for openingsScreen and interview candidates using behavioral techniques and credentials assessmentsPrepare and extend job offers, manage counter-offers, and oversee incentivesMaintain accurate records of candidate progress within the ATSDevelop and maintain knowledge of benefit plans, incentives, and corporate policiesGet in Touch: We want to hear from you!
