Director of Rehab - Full Time

Rehab Director Opportunity

Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking an experienced Rehab Director for a full-time role with an area client where you'll recruit and train staff, develop therapy strategies, evaluate patient care, and coordinate rehabilitation services.

Minimum Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program with required degree for state licensure.
• Active Texas PT license required to start.
• Experience in outpatient physical therapy settings preferred.
• Clinical supervisory or leadership experience preferred for Director role.
• Experience managing or mentoring PT and PTA staff, including scheduling and caseload oversight.
• Familiarity with outpatient care delivery, productivity expectations
