The Transportation Manager is responsible for leading and optimizing all transportation operations across the company's private fleet and third-party carrier network. This role ensures the safe, compliant, and cost-effective movement of goods while delivering high levels of service to customers and internal stakeholders. The Transportation Manager oversees fleet operations, dispatch activities, carrier relationships, transportation planning, driver performance, and continuous improvement initiatives to achieve operational excellence.

This is an onsite role based out of our site in Egg Harbor City, NJ.

Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Transportation, Business Administration, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered. 5+ years of transportation, logistics, fleet management, or dispatch operations experience. 3+ years of leadership experience managing transportation teams. Experience managing both private fleet operations and third-party transportation providers. Knowledge of DOT, FMCSA, and transportation compliance requirements. Experience with TMS, routing software, telematics, and transportation analytics. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation abilities. Experience within distribution, manufacturing, retail, food and beverage, or consumer goods industries preferred.
