The Influencer Marketing Specialist will play a key role in scaling TP-Link's influencer program into a high-performing customer acquisition channel. This individual will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, negotiating, and managing relationships with content creators across YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok, building a robust and diverse network of influencers who align with TP-Link's brand and product portfolio. Working across categories such as networking technology, smart home solutions, gaming, and productivity, the role will focus on developing scalable creator partnerships that drive awareness, engagement, and measurable business results.

The ideal candidate combines strong relationship-building and negotiation skills with a data-driven approach to marketing performance. They will oversee campaign execution from creator outreach and product seeding through content launch and performance analysis, tracking key metrics such as views, engagement, clicks, promo code usage, and sales attribution. Partnering closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Paid Media, and Channel teams, this individual will help align influencer content with product launches and strategic initiatives while continuously optimizing recruitment processes, compensation models, and campaign performance. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organized marketing professional who is passionate about creator partnerships, consumer technology, and building influencer programs at scale.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in influencer marketing or creator partnerships, ideally in tech or consumer electronics.
• Proven experience sourcing, negotiating, and contracting creators across YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Strong analytical skills, with experience tracking video metrics and conversion performance (clicks, promo codes, sales attribution).
• Excellent negotiation, relationship management, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with FTC disclosure guidelines and standard influencer contract terms.
• Highly organized, able to manage multiple campaigns and creator relationships at once.
  Passion for consumer tech, networking, or smart home products is a plus.

Benefits

Salary Range: $70,304 - $130,000
