Residential Retrofit HVAC Technician

Four Seasons Heating & Air Conditioning – Newberg / Portland Metro Area
Pay: $24–$45/hr (DOE) + Annual Bonuses

What You’ll Do

• Perform residential retrofit installations of heat pumps, furnaces, air handlers, A/C systems, and ductwork
• Ensure work meets code requirements , manufacturer specifications, and Four Seasons standards
• Communicate professionally with homeowners regarding system operation and expectations
• Troubleshoot installation-related issues
• Maintain a clean worksite and represent the company with integrity

What We’re Looking For

• EPA Universal certification (or ability to obtain)
• Strong mechanical aptitude and pride in craftsmanship
• Positive attitude, reliability, and professionalism
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
