Industrial Security SpecialistPrimary Responsibilities:Review contract documents, program security classification guides, and Contract Security Classification Specifications (Attachment 1 - DD Form 254) to ensure security requirements and classification guidance are specified and properly implemented.Develop and present briefings to senior management officialsEnsure DD 254 compliance with all applicable governing polices and directivesRequired Qualifications/Skills:Three years dedicated/full-time experience managing Industrial Security Programs at the Installation, Major Command, or Headquarters, or Agency/Component level.Three years in Technical Writing focusing on policy, instructions and directives.Two years' experience in briefing security management principles.Two years' experience in compliance (Inspector General) and oversight (self-assessment)Security Eligibility:Must be a US citizen and possess an active adjudicated background investigation for access up to the TOP SECRET classification level and SCI eligible.Location: Headquarters USSOCOM, MacDill AFB, FLLukos is an equal opportunity employer.
