Mechanical Claims Adjuster

Providing exceptional customer service and support for automotive claims, the full-time Mechanical Claims Adjuster will handle claims processing, verify submissions, and maintain communication with clients while working remotely. Key responsibilities: Adjudicate and authorize automotive claims while ensuring compliance with applicable terms and requirements Collect and review claim files, request additional information as needed, and provide status updates to customers Maintain Key Performance Indicators and actively participate in coaching and development plans Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience 3+ years of customer service or administrative experience Experience in automotive mechanical claims or service writing preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and capable of typing 40 wpm or more Strong mathematical aptitude and ability to multi-task effectively
