Position: Maintenance Technician Location: The Landing Apartments, Dayton, OH Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 9am to 5pm, with an on-call rotation

Competitive Pay: $24-27 hourly (based on experience and qualifications), plus commissions, incentives, and bonus potential

Hiring Bonus: $500

• 2+ years of experience in multi-family residential maintenance
• Experienced Turnover Technician – versed in all aspects of apartment turns and servicing
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repair, lighting, and grounds
• HVAC experience required
• Strong customer service skills with a cheerful outlook when assisting residents
• Ability to work independently while staying efficient and thorough
• Must have basic hand tools, valid driver's license, reliable truck/van, and auto insurance
• Willing to complete a drug and background check if offered the position

• Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry, appliance repair, lighting, locks/keys, and groundskeeping tasks
• Handle apartment turnovers, preparing homes for new residents
• Complete work orders quickly and with high-quality results
• Respond to emergencies as they arise or while on-call
