Nanny- Greenwich, CT

A private family in Greenwich, CT is seeking a warm, nurturing, and highly organized Live-In Nanny to care for their three children, ages 5 and 7, and support the family with light household management. The ideal candidate is proactive, dependable, and an excellent communicator who is comfortable working in a busy family home.

The nanny will live in the home during the workweek and will be responsible for the children’s daily routines, transportation, meals, activities, school-related needs, and light household tasks. 

Responsibilities:

• Provide warm, attentive, and engaging care for three children, ages 5 and 7.

• Prepare breakfast, simple healthy dinners, and a light lunch.

• Get children ready for school and manage school drop-off and pick-up.

• Drive children to extracurricular activities, playdates, and other commitments.

• Help with homework and tutoring.

• Manage children’s laundry and help keep their rooms and belongings organized.

• Prepare backpacks, clothing, school supplies, and equipment for the following day.

• Assist with grocery shopping, Amazon returns/pickups, and other family errands.

• Assist with the family calendar and communicate with the Family Assistant to keep the household running smoothly.

• Support the children’s evening routine.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment for the children.

Qualifications:

• Warm, nurturing, and child-focused personality.

• Highly organized, proactive, and dependable.

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

• Ability to prepare simple, healthy meals.

• Comfortable assisting with light housekeeping and household errands.

• Ability to work collaboratively with other household staff.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple responsibilities.

Schedule: Sunday evening through Friday evening, Typical workday is approximately 6:00 AM–7:30 PM, with downtime while the children are at school.
