Your Role

\n

As Clinic Medical Director, you'll combine clinical practice with physician leadership responsibilities.

\n

Responsibilities include:

\n

\n
• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care
\n
• Lead daily clinical operations
\n
• Mentor and support physicians and clinical staff
\n
• Ensure quality metrics and patient outcomes
\n
• Conduct chart reviews and clinical oversight
\n
• Partner with VA leadership
\n
• Support clinic growth and patient enrollment initiatives
\n
• Help recruit and retain top clinical talent
\n

\n

Qualifications

\n

\n
• MD or DO
\n
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
\n
• Active unrestricted medical license
\n
• DEA
\n
• BLS & ACLS
\n
• Prior leadership experience preferred
\n
• Government or VA experience welcomed but not required
\n
