The ideal candidate has demonstrated success in a finance, accounting, or analytical role and is eager to expand their knowledge of corporate finance within a complex, multi-billion-dollar organization. Opportunities include working with executive leadership, diving deep into financial topics and how they shape the business, leveraging AI to automate tasks and build new insights as well as working with a high-performance team that fosters personal and professional development.What You Will Do:General Project ManagementPrepare and validate capital expenditure requests for executive approvalExecuting month end FP&A close activitiesOwnership of vendor setup and invoice processingFinancial Reporting & AnalysisReviewing general and administrative expenses and comparing them to forecast and budgetAnalyze current and past financial data to identify trends and performance insightsCreate dashboards and visualizations to communicate financial performanceAssist in the preparation of annual budgets and rolling forecastsWork closely with the accounting department to understand current month's entriesDatabase and Systems ManagementMaintain semantic models across Power BI, Excel and AnaplanDevelop financial reports utilizing multiple datasetsLeverage Enterprise systems to create tools to uncover new insights and automate tasksDocument business process flows and how they interact with our underlying information systems financial performance of products, projects, or business units.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, business analytics, or a related field.1–2 years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, FP&A, accounting, or a related field.Familiarity with databases, data structures, and AI-assisted analysis tools/prompting.Basic understanding of GAAP and financial statements (income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow statement).Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Flexibility to work outside standard business hours during peak workload periods.Preferred:CPA, MBA, or CFA are a plus.Physical Demands and/or Work Environment:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
