Store Manager (General Manager) High-Volume Gourmet Market

Are you an experienced grocery or restaurant leader? We're hiring a Store Manager to lead a high-volume gourmet market that's built its reputation on quality, hospitality, and doing things right. You'll have full operational control across every department, and the culture, execution, and results all come down to you.

What You'll Own

• Full leadership across deli, produce, meat, seafood, grocery, bakery, prepared foods, pizza, wine & cheese, and front end
• Operational excellence in food safety, cleanliness, and presentation
• Hiring, coaching, and developing department leadersbuilding your bench
• The numbers: KPIs, P&L, labor, and margins, all in service of profitability
• Partnering with buyers and department heads on cost control and vendor performance
• Staying compliant with health codes, labor laws, OSHA, and alcohol regulations

What You Bring

• 2+ years leading teams in grocery, food retail, or hospitality
• A real P&L ownership mindset, not just a willingness to look at numbers
• Experience running cross-functional teams in a high-volume environment
• A leadership style that holds people accountable while developing them and building culture
