HSA Registered Nurse (RN)

Location: Olmsted County, Minnesota
Position Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday through Friday

Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable, compassionate, and highly experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Olmsted County, MN. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care while maintaining a safe, professional, and supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing assessments and provide appropriate patient care.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Monitor patients for changes in condition and respond appropriately.
• Must be proficient in documentation, recordkeeping, scheduling, coordination, and maintaining accurate patient information .
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
• Follow all applicable policies, procedures, and safety requirements.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and professional standards.
• Demonstrate excellent attendance, reliability, and punctuality.
• Complete additional nursing duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted Minnesota RN license .
• Minimum of 7 years of RN experience required.
• Current CPR/BLS certification .
• Strong communication, assessment, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be dependable, professional, and on time for all scheduled shifts .
