Client Service Representative

Client Service Representative Location- Oshkosh, WI Schedule- Full-time Weekdays- 1st Shift Pay- $20+ per hour starting Role Summary- The CSR serves as the primary contact, via phone and email, for customers, assisting in inquiries, order processing, documentation, and other data entry and communication needs. This role will also include communication between customers and internal departments. This is the perfect opportunity for someone who is able to organize day to day tasks while collaborating in a shared office environment. Responsibilities may include answering phone and email communications in a timely and appropriate manner, prepare and maintain reports, coordinate with internal and external personnel, and other administrative tasks as needed or required for the role. Ideal Applicant- An effective communicator who stays calm under pressure, while managing multiple tasks at a time. Preferably 2 or more years of public facing or customer service experience. Experience in data-entry and/or order processing in a manufacturing setting is preferred but not needed.
