About the Role We’re looking for a hands‑on IT Administrator (M365 & Cloud Workplace) who enjoys taking ownership of a modern, cloud‑first IT environment and making day‑to‑day work easier for everyone. In this role, you’ll be responsible for administering our Microsoft 365 tenant , managing identity, access and SSO , and supporting our teams in getting the most out of tools like Confluence, Jira, Miro and Yokoy . From onboarding new colleagues to configuring devices and improving setups, you’ll be close to the action and directly visible to the business. This is a full‑time, hybrid role based in Baden‑Württemberg, Germany , with a strong focus on practical execution , collaboration, and continuous improvement — no on‑call duties, business hours only. Your Mission Own and administer our Microsoft 365 tenant , including Azure AD, SSO, user accounts and access management Ensure smooth integration and operation of our cloud‑based SaaS tools (e.g. Miro, Yokoy and others) Support teams in configuring, maintaining and improving Confluence and Jira Manage client devices end‑to‑end : procurement, setup, configuration, lifecycle and offboarding Administer MDM solutions , especially for Apple devices (enrollment, policies, profiles) Provide hands‑on Windows user support during business hours Proactively identify opportunities to simplify, automate or improve our workplace IT setup Act as a reliable, approachable partner for colleagues across the company What You Bring Mid‑level experience in IT administration, workplace IT or systems administration Strong, hands‑on experience with Microsoft 365 , Azure AD and Single Sign‑On Practical experience supporting Confluence and Jira Experience with MDM tools and client device management (especially Apple devices) Solid knowledge of supporting Windows users in a business environment Confidence working with modern cloud and SaaS applications A hands‑on, ownership‑driven mindset — you like fixing things, not forwarding tickets Clear communication skills and a service‑oriented, human approach You’re based in Baden‑Württemberg and enjoy hybrid work Preferred Skills Experience in renewable energy or related industries is a plus.
