Senior Manager, End User Lifecycle Operations – Remote As a senior manager on the Infrastructure & Support Services team, you will oversee end‑user lifecycle operations, ensuring efficient license management, secure tenant administration, and seamless PC procurement and deployment for our global workforce. Responsibilities End User Software Licensing & True‑Ups – Own the governance of licensing programs (enterprise agreements, subscriptions), manage renewal calendars, maintain compliance posture, conduct true‑up/true‑down processes, reconcile entitlements vs. consumption, and produce recurring reporting on utilization and optimization. Microsoft Tenant Management – Oversee tenant administration (M365/Azure/Entra ID), coordinate with Identity and Security teams for role‑based access, privileged access, and change controls, and maintain runbooks and escalation paths. PC Procurement & Lifecycle Operations – Lead demand planning, ordering workflows, vendor coordination, and purchase‑to‑receipt tracking; manage asset tracking, imaging, assignment, transfers, refresh, and disposition; oversee depot operations and secure disposal aligned to security policies. Vendor, Financial & Process Governance – Manage vendor performance for Microsoft licensing partners and PC suppliers, establish KPIs and SLAs, partner with Finance for spend visibility and cost optimization, and define SOPs for audit readiness. Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management – Coach and develop analysts or vendors, act as the primary operational point of contact for licensing and endpoint lifecycle topics, and communicate renewal, true‑up, refresh, and deployment schedules to IT leadership, Security, Procurement, and Finance. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or equivalent experience. 5+ years of experience in at least two of the following areas: Microsoft licensing/SAM, IT asset management, endpoint/desktop operations, procurement operations, or IT service management. Working knowledge of Microsoft licensing concepts and the ability to partner with licensing specialists. Experience managing operational processes with controls (approvals, audit trails, documentation). Strong vendor, stakeholder, and communication skills. Advanced Excel/analytics skills and experience producing executive‑ready metrics and dashboards. Preferred: experience with Microsoft licensing optimization for M365/Azure, familiarity with ITAM/SAM and ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow), Intune/Autopilot, and identity concepts. Certifications (nice to have): ITIL Foundation, IAITAM, Microsoft fundamentals (MS‑900/AZ‑900), or procurement/supply‑chain certifications. Benefits Competitive salary (range: $110,600 – $178,000).
