Enterprise Systems Administrator

Job Title: IT Systems & ERP Administrator Location: Texas City, TX (Southeast Houston) - (100% Onsite) Job Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire (FTE) About the Role: In this position, you will wear two crucial hats: ensuring the daily health of our IT infrastructure/help desk and driving continuous improvements within our ERP systems. The ideal candidate isn’t just a traditional system admin—you should be comfortable working with databases, reading/modifying code via Visual Studio, and utilizing SQL Server (T-SQL/SSRS) to build custom business solutions that optimize our operations. Required Skills & Qualifications: Experience: 3-5+ years in an IT support, systems administration, or related technical role. Industry Experience: Prior experience supporting ERP systems, specifically within a manufacturing or job-shop environment . Database & Coding: Practical experience with SQL Server, T-SQL, SSRS , and using Visual Studio to read or modify code. Systems: Strong proficiency administering Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Teams. Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field. Soft Skills: Strong troubleshooting capabilities paired with excellent user support and communication skills. Key Responsibilities: Systems & Support: Monitor system performance, security, and overall health of network and information systems. Provide responsive hands‑on help desk and desktop support to internal users. Infrastructure Management: Administer Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams, Teams‑based phone systems, and wireless communication networks. ERP & Database Administration: Support, maintain, and optimize ERP software, databases, integrations, and customizations. Development & Automation: Use Visual Studio and SQL to develop or enhance custom business solutions, automate manual processes, and improve efficiency. Security & Continuity: Analyze systems for cybersecurity vulnerabilities, implement safeguards, and support disaster recovery/business continuity initiatives. #J-18808-Ljbffr
