Employment Type: Full-time Location: Jacksonville, FL Division/Department: MRO/Materials Available vacancies: One Reporting Structure The Shipping/Receiving Clerk reports directly to the Materials Manager. Compare identifying information and counts, weighs, or measures items of incoming shipments to verify information against bills of lading, invoices, orders, or other records. Route items to departments. Examine incoming shipments to ensure shipments meet specifications. Ensure compliance with the Avmax Montana RSQCM. Maintain inventory of shipping materials and supplies. General upkeep of the receiving area. Qualifications Required Excellent organizational skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Genial, friendly manner. HS Diploma. Experience Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role. Aviation experience is preferred.
