Senior AccountantWe are looking for a Senior Accountant who is looking for an opportunity with upward mobility. This company is located in Lewisville and offers great work-life balance and has a great collaborative culture.This position pays 90K-95K+Bonus and offers a hybrid work schedule (2 days in-office per week).Responsibilities:Prepares journal entries, maintains records, and reconciles accounts in accordance with GAAP for corporate and subsidiariesPrepares consolidated and subsidiary financial statements for review, as well as financial reporting packagesRetrieve documentation and support for external auditors and tax specialistsAnalyze fluctuations in accounts from period to period for balance sheet and income statementWork with different locations to understand activity that impacts the general ledgerPrepare key metrics for management reviewAssist as needed on ad-hoc projects and be willing to wear many hats in a fast-growing organizationRequirements:Accounting or Finance Bachelor's Degree requiredCPA or working towards a CPA is preferredMulti-location accounting experience is a plusAbility to analyze data and prepare backupProficient Excel skills should include VLOOKUP's and Pivot TablesBenefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
