Our team is dedicated and driven and we are looking to add to our intermodal family!Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pmAnnual Salary: $50,000 - $60,000Intermodal Dispatcher/Customer Service - Benefits/Perks:Dog-friendly officeCasual attireCompetitive compensation and benefits packageFamily feelSignificant growth potential in the business and in the roleBe part of a dynamic team and grow in your career!Intermodal Dispatcher/Customer Service - Job Duties and Responsibilities:Manage daily intermodal schedule for Big Blue Boxes in our new Dallas facilityData entryTrack and tracking all ordersSchedule appointments for imports/exportsDriver paperworkCustomer communicationProblem solving before the issues result in service failuresTimely clerical responsibilities to ensure completeness of jobChassis pickup and drop locationsOther job duties as assignedIntermodal Dispatcher/Customer Service - Education and Experience Required:2 year degree, Bachelors preferredTransportation/Management experience or will train the right candidateIntermodal Dispatcher/Customer Service - Knowledge and Skills:Proficient in Microsoft office productsComputerized dispatch and record keepingWillingness to adapt to ever changing customer requirementsStrong Interpersonal SkillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to multi-task and prioritize responsibilitiesTolerance to ambiguity
