Maintenance Manager / Plant Facilities Engineering

Milwaukee Area

We are seeking a hands-on Maintenance Manager / Plant Facilities Engineering professional with strong industrial manufacturing experience.

✅ CNC repair and maintenance experience required
✅ Strong troubleshooting and repair skills
✅ Experience leading maintenance operations in a manufacturing environment
✅ Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
✅ Preventive and predictive maintenance experience
✅ Experience managing facility and equipment reliability

This is a hands-on leadership role—not an office-based management position. Candidates must be comfortable troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining manufacturing equipment while leading maintenance operations.
