Join a hospital-based Cardiac Cath Lab team in Sarasota, FL and play a vital role assisting physicians and Cath Lab personnel in diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures. Operate advanced imaging and hemodynamic equipment to capture essential cardiac data and support positive patient outcomes.

What You'll Need:

• ARRT certified Radiologic Technologist or equivalent imaging certification.
• Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) from Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) preferred.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in a hospital Cath Lab setting, with hands-on experience in LHC, RHC, and PCI.
• BLS and ACLS certifications (American Heart Association preferred).
• Experience with mechanical circulatory support devices such as Impella and IABP required.
• Experience managing ventilated patients in the Cath Lab preferred.
• Familiarity with GE imaging equipment and Meditech EMR preferred.
• State licensure as required for practice in Florida.

Assignment Details

• Facility Type: Hospital.
• Unit: Cardiac Cath Lab (2 labs, day coverage with on-call nights).
• Shift Name: Days.
• Shift Details: Days 07:00-15:00.
• Typical team composition: 1–2 RNs and 1–2 techs per lab on day shift; on-call team for nights.
• Typical procedures: Left and right heart caths, PCI, shockwave, pacemaker placement, Impella and IABP cases.
