Overview Life Care Planning Social Worker will join an interdisciplinary team at Hurley Elder Care Law in the Vinings office to help older adults and their families navigate healthcare, long-term care, and aging-related challenges with confidence and dignity. This role works alongside Certified Elder Law Attorneys, public benefits specialists, and the practice management team. It reports to the firm’s Care Coordination leadership.
