About the Role:
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced RN/LPN Charge Nurse to join our team. As a Charge Nurse, you will oversee the delivery of high-quality patient care, manage patient assignments, and ensure smooth operations on our nursing floor. Your strong leadership skills and nursing expertise will be invaluable in maintaining our commitment to exceptional care and resident satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of the nursing unit, ensuring that patient care is delivered in accordance with our high standards
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
Manage patient assignments and redirect staff as needed to ensure efficient and effective care
Monitor and report on patient progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary
Foster a positive and supportive work environment, promoting teamwork and open communication among staff
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of clinical policies and procedures
