Direct Support Professional/Caregiver - Williamsport & Surrounding Areas Job Title: Direct Support Professional (DSP) / Caregiver – Williamsport, PA & Surrounding Areas Direct Support Professional (DSP) – $17–$25/hr + $1,000 Signing Bonus Flexible Schedules | Weekly Pay | Paid Training | Growth Opportunities | Team Environment Abound Health is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) in Williamsport and surrounding areas. As a DSP, you will help individuals live more independently, participate in their communities, and build meaningful life skills. What You’ll Do As a DSP, you will provide hands‑on support that helps individuals build independence and confidence.
