INFINITI Fleet Safety Training is seeking a detail-oriented, curious, and dependable Database Assistant to join our team at our Texarkana headquarters.
What You’ll Do
Working closely with the Database Administrator within Marketing and alongside our Cold Calling team, you will keep our CRM accurate and actively support our sales outreach efforts. Your responsibilities will include:
· Database Research: Deep dive into target companies and business contacts using internet searches, LinkedIn, SAFER Web, and other resources to equip our sales team.
· Database Cleanup & Data Entry: Drive general Database cleanup initiatives, identify and merge duplicate records, and verify existing information to correct inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete data.
· Account Operations: Manage account moves and daily account creation to keep sales records properly aligned.
· Sales Cadence Duties: Build and configure sales cadences, pull targeted contact lists for campaigns, and maintain cadence tracking to help optimize outreach.
· System Backup Duties: Serve as the designated operational backup for Lead Distribution and Opportunity Health monitoring to ensure our sales pipeline remains clean.
· Quality Control: Follow established standards for data entry and formatting, communicating any conflicting information, missing data, or unusual findings to the Database Administrator to continuously improve system accuracy.
Where You’ll Work
This position is onsite at our Texarkana headquarters. You will gain hands-on exposure to how clean data and structured CRM infrastructure directly fuel prospective customer outreach.
